Patel Institute of Technology, and UKAThe partnership goes beyond training, with Goldi Solar offering internships and job placements to final-year students. Skilled graduates will also have opportunities to join Goldi Solar’s workforce, supporting the company’s growing operations. The company plans to expand its offerings with more industry-focused courses and specialized training programs to ensure sustained skill development. This initiative also aligns with the nation-building vision of the Skill India mission, empowering youth with critical skills to contribute to the renewable energy sector’s development.
Speaking on the MoU signing, Capt. Tarsadia University to nurture and develop industry-ready talent. This strategic partnership aims to create a skilled workforce to support India’s renewable energy ambitions by training over 600 final-year students. The initiative will focus on developing industry-ready talent in disciplines like Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics & Communication Engineering, as well as MBA programs.
Under these MoUs, Goldi Solar will offer specialized certification courses, spanning 3 months, in solar module manufacturing. Students will gain hands-on experience through industrial visits to the company’s cutting-edge facilities in Navsari, Pipodara, and its new Kosamba plant. Tailored programs will provide in-depth training in solar technology, installation, and maintenance, complemented by collaborative research projects between students and faculty to foster innovation in renewable energy solutions. Goldi Solar’s Navsari plant, equipped with a dedicated training facility, will serve as a hub for technical collaborations with the partnering institutes and the university.
