According to the company's regulatory filing, the green energy projects will be undertaken by Sun Drops Energia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy. Sun Drops Energia is tasked with the development and implementation of these projects, aligning with KPI Green Energy’s strategic focus on enhancing its Captive Power Producer (CPP) business segment.
KPI Green Energy outlined that the projects, with a combined capacity of 13.30 MW, are set to be rolled out in various phases throughout the financial year 2024–25. This phased approach will allow for systematic and efficient execution, ensuring that each tranche meets the company’s operational and performance standards.
